Kids get a taste of camp in two-week sessions that include field trips, special guests, camp songs and arts and crafts as well as science, math, literacy and even cooking. Challenger's Adaptive Sports Help All Children Score!
The Greater YMCA of Greater Kansas City’s inclusive programming offers the Challenger program with sports for special-needs kids (ages 5-16). YMCA Guest Policy
- Members over the age of 16 years old may bring one guest per visit.
- Each guest is asked to bring a photo id and complete a guest pass.
- Guests may visit the YMCA three times per calendar year.
- Guests under the age of 13 should be supervised by guardian who is 16 years of age or older.
- Guests visiting the YMCA are asked to either come in with a member or have a guest pass with them.

Summer Teen Activities for Our Middle Schoolers Begin June 4
We are looking for all middle school students from the current school year. Any students that will be going to the 7th thru the 9th grades for the upcoming school year.
Every WEDNESDAY throughout the summer months from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. we will offer basketball, swimming, Teen Room and other activities. The cost is $25.00 for the whole summer or free to those students with a YMCA membership. |
