Kids Night Out- "Luau" July 18, 6-10 p.m. We will be having a summer bash at our LUAU! We will be having a water balloon toss, slip n slide play, water gun fight, participating in the limbo and playing musical hula hoops! Dinner will be pizza, fruit cups and a drink.
Girls Night Out! - "Garden Party" Come out for a fun evening with just the girls and design your own clay pot for your very own flower to plant! We will also be swimming, playing charades and pictionary and more! Dinner and a snack will be provided.

YMCA Guest Policy
With all of our friends and family in town we wanted to remind you of our guest policies.
- Members over the age of 16 years old may bring one guest per visit.
- Each guest is asked to bring a photo ID and complete a guest pass.
- Guests may visit the YMCA three times per calendar year.
- Guests under the age of 13 should be supervised by guardian who is 16 years of age or older.
- Guests visiting the YMCA are asked to either come in with a member or have a guest pass with them.
Inclement Weather Policy
If inclement weather occurs in the Olathe area, YMCA programs and Child Watch services will operate with normal hours of operation unless conditions create an unsafe environment.
In cases of extreme weather (ice storm or more than two inches of snow) please contact the Olathe Family YMCA or visit us at www.kansascityymca.org for cancellations and schedule changes.
In cases of SEVERE thunderstorms/tornados warnings and the sirens have sounded, all members and staff will be re-located to the locker rooms and will not be allowed on the equipment until an all clear has been issued. Please contact the Olathe Family YMCA or visit up at www.kansascityymca.org for any updates or changes in schedules.
