Make History as a YMCA Volunteer
The YMCA was founded by civic volunteer Sir George Williams in 1844. His contributions were so significant that he was knighted by Queen Victoria 50 years later. Volunteers have always served as the cornerstone that supports the YMCA movement’s success. When George Williams shared his vision with others, he drew more volunteers to his cause.
