Cardio and strength-training equipment, indoor pool, outdoor spray park, group exercise classes free to members, walking track and Child Watch while you work out are just a few of the things we offer for individuals and families.

Friday: 5:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Saturday: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Sunday: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
CHILD WATCH HOURS
Mon-Sat: 8:00 a.m. - Noon
Mon-Thur: 4:15 p.m. - 8:15 p.m.
